Kaki21 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and Kaki21 ("kaki21", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the kaki21 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at https://kaki21.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing any page of the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through kaki21, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Your continued use of kaki21 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on kaki21, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement and is non-negotiable under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.
• You must not currently have an account that has been suspended or closed by kaki21 for any breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, any third party.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the kaki21 Platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

By using the kaki21 Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes and not for any commercial purpose.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, disassemble, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's software or intellectual property.
• You will not engage in any conduct that could damage, overload, or impair the functionality of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• You will not collude with other players, engage in arbitrage betting strategies, or exploit any technical error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform's software or game logic.
• You accept that all game outcomes on kaki21 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and that kaki21 does not manipulate game results in any manner.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that kaki21 makes no guarantee of winnings.

kaki21 processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and supported cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT).

kaki21 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time of the offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions on the Platform unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Rollover requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round is RM500 unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Slots typically contribute 100% toward rollover requirements. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated rollover requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of claim).
• One Account per Household: Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Multiple accounts created to exploit promotional offers will result in cancellation of all bonuses and potential account closure.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• kaki21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change will not affect claims already legitimately submitted under the previous terms.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the kaki21 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. kaki21 is not liable for bets placed in error by the Member.
• kaki21 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a technical error has occurred that materially affected the bet; (b) the bet was placed on a market that was offered in error; or (c) the bet was placed after a sporting event or game outcome was already determined.
• Sports betting odds and handicap lines are subject to change up until the time a bet is placed. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are final.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to their own rules, which are displayed within the relevant market. Settlement of live bets is based on the official result of the relevant event.
• kaki21 applies standard house rules for all casino games. RTP percentages are independently verified and disclosed for each game in its information panel.
• In the event of a disputed result for any sporting event, kaki21's decision regarding settlement shall be made in good faith and shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kaki21 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment cards or e-wallet credentials.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software, tools, or third-party services to gain an unfair mathematical or strategic advantage (including but not limited to bet prediction software, odds arbitrage tools, and real-time data feed exploitation).
• Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or misconfigured markets on the Platform.
• Conducting transactions that constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by a minor or any individual who has registered on a self-exclusion programme.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after placing and settling bets.

kaki21 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion.
• Discovery that a Member registered while below the minimum age of 21 years.
• Receipt of a court order or regulatory instruction requiring closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds subject to incomplete rollover) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and the absence of any outstanding fraud investigation.

All content on the kaki21 Platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, game titles, and database content, is the exclusive intellectual property of kaki21 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kaki21 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.
• Interruptions to Platform availability resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party network failures, or force majeure events.
• Loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any decision made by a Member to continue gambling, or any gambling-related financial loss.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kaki21's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

kaki21 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all Members with access to the following tools through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps.
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) or permanent account suspension.
• Spending History: Full transaction and betting history accessible from the account dashboard.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through kaki21's internal dispute resolution process may be submitted to binding arbitration.

To initiate a formal dispute, Members must first submit a written complaint to kaki21's support team. kaki21 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Disputes regarding game outcomes, settlement of bets, or account decisions that cannot be resolved internally shall be subject to the final determination of an independent adjudicator appointed by kaki21.
